Pricing questions
What counts as a submission?
Each form submission that reaches your workflow successfully. Loading forms, onload webhooks and button actions don't count. The count resets at the start of each month.
What happens at the limit?
Further submissions are refused with a clear message until the count resets at the start of the next month. Nothing is charged automatically. Enterprise has no monthly limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing in the dashboard. Forms, submissions and settings stay as they are.
Is there a limit on form views?
There is no monthly cap on views, only per-visitor rate limits that stop floods (120 form loads and 10 submissions a minute).
