Quotas by plan, rate limits, sizes and timeouts.

## Plans

-   Creating a form beyond the limit returns `403 FORM_QUOTA_EXCEEDED`.
-   Submissions beyond the monthly limit return `429 SUBMISSION_LIMIT_EXCEEDED` with the limit, usage and reset date. Only successful deliveries count; the counter resets at the start of each month.
-   Check your position any time with the `get_usage` MCP tool or the dashboard overview.

## Rate limits

Exceeding a limit returns `429` with `retryAfter`.
